RSS Feed Widget

You can add a widget for RSS Feed to your Portal. Below are the properties available to design RSS Feed Widget.

Confirm Widget Properties

It is used to set the properties of the widget in terms of Header, Body and Layout.

Header

  1. Widget Position in Mobile: It determines the order of widget in a mobile device.

  2. Show Refresh Icon: It is used to show or hide the widget refresh icon. The icon can be viewed in the preview while designing.

  3. Show Header: It is used to show or hide the widget header.

  4. Background Color: It is used to change the header background color.

Body

  1. Primary Text: This allows you to format the primary text for the content.

  2. Secondary Text: This allows you to format the secondary text for the content.

  3. Background Color: It is used to change the body background color. This color should be different from the body text color.

RSS Feed Details

You can add and edit details about the RSS Feed on this page. Following fields are available to add details:

  1. RSS Feed URL: The RSS Feed URL is provided here.

  2. Run at Server: This is to specify if the RSS Feed URL content is being fetched at server side or client side. Unchecked means the content is fetched at client end. Check means the content is fetched at server end. The small content is fetched through client side, if the content is large then it is fetched through server side.

Delete

The RSS Feed widget added on the grid can be deleted from here.
