Assignment Element Properties
The Assignment element enables you to capture and record details about a workflow participant and their assignment.
You can add multiple Assignment elements to a form to record the details of each assignment in a workflow.
Date time formats will respect user profile settings.

Completion Date |
The form field for the completion date of the assignment. |

Disposition |
The form field for the disposition selected by the workflow participant when the assignment was completed. This will be Approved, Rejected, or Completed, depending upon how the workflow is defined. |

Due Date |
The form field for the assignment due date. |

Process Due Date |
The form field for the process due date. |

Task Name |
The task in the workflow for which details should be recorded. |

Participant Comment |
The form field for the comments entered by the workflow participant while completing the assignment. |

Participant Email |
The form field for the workflow participant's email address. |
|
Participant Name |
The form field for the workflow participant's name. |
