Copy Form Plug-in
The Copy Form plug-in enables you to copy a specific form view used in a workflow (the Completed view, for example), and then place a read-only copy of that form view in a File library (at the global or app level). You can also opt to place a read-only copy in a local or network file folder (such as a shared folder on a network server).
Note: Prior to validating, you must select the File field or the Folder field. If you do not, you will receive a validation error message.

The name of the file into which the form view is copied. The file is placed at the location defined in the file parameter. Note:
If an extension is added (.png or .jpeg) which includes the name, that type of file will be created. If an extension is not added, .png is the default.
