Export Process History Plug-in

The Export Process History plug-in allows you to upload a process history to SAP as an attachment.

You can save/export the process history as an attachment to any of the following: 

  • Supporting Document
  • File Library
  • System Directory
  • Form Attachment (export to SAP with a web service control)

The process history can be in the following formats: text, xml, or .pdf.

Please note that the plug-in will overwrite a file if that file already exists in a specfied destination.

Form Attachments

FileName The Export Process History file name. If not specified, the file name will be same as the process document name.   Export Destination File Name
folder The folder name of File Library into which the document is copied.   Export Destination File Library
directory

The file System Directory into which the document is copied.

Example:

Direct value: D:\Files\Public\Users\ Value from solution field: [field1]

binding The attachment control binding to which the document is added.   Export Destination Form Attachments

Format Details

Information to be stored in the file, for each type of format is in the table below.

The time each process history was taken is noted at the top of each format type.

For each format, the date value is a UTC value, in this format: yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss

Note:

The XML tags for the XML file remain in English irrespective of the designated user language.
