Manage Users Plug-in

The Manage Users plug-in allows you to manage Evolve users from the workflow. With this plug-in, you can: 

  • Create a user if no such user exists, setting user details as provided in the plug-in parameters.
  • Update user details for existing users.
  • Add users to App Groups.
  • Remove users from App Groups.

Specify the username of the user. This should be unique and if this username does not exist, the application will create a new user for this account. If this username exits, the user details are updated as specified in other parameters.

Specify the portal to which user will be added. Ignore if the portal has not been configured.

Enable System IDP

Specify if the user can log-in to the application with default authentication configured to the application (i.e. Window Auth, SAML etc).

Should be 'Yes' if the portal feature is not configured.

If the portal feature is configured, set to 'No' if the user is allowed access to the portal site only (and not to the Evolve site). Set to 'Yes' if the user will have Evolve site access.
