StartDump
The Logging Dump operation of the SVAdm tool clears all logs, enables all logging, and creates a cab file in the Logs folder that contains new logging information.
Usage
This operation adds logging and prepares the system for the creation of a complete start file that can be sent to Winshuttle Technical Support.
svadm -o startdump -verbose

Note:
You must run IISRESET after performing a logging dump. The process should prompt you to do this. After performing a logging dump, do the following:
1.) Run your process until you replicate the error.
2.) Go to \Program Files\ShareVis\logs and send Workflow the file sharevis.cab.
