Winshuttle offers two different license types: Connect, which is cloud-based, and Central, which is SharePoint-based. Please follow the instructions below that are specific to your license type.
Before activation, confirm that you have been assigned a license in Connect and that you have registered your account with a password. If you have not received a registration email from connect@winshuttle.com, please reach out to your license administrator.
To activate, follow the steps below:
If your company uses a proxy server, you might need to type in the proxy server details as well.
If you have set up your account and do not remember your password, please see the article How can I reset my Connect password? for instructions.
The next step is to use Winshuttle Direct.
Before activation, confirm that you have been assigned a license in Central and that you know your Central site address. If you are unsure, please reach out to your license administrator.
