SAP logon job is empty

Error: When you attempt to login to SAP through Winshuttle software, your system menu is blank.

Solution: To point SAP to the .ini file, open the Winshuttle program, and then on the Tools tab, click Options, and then click SAP defaults. Click the folder icon that is next to the SAPLogon Ini Folder box. Browse for the folder on your computer, and then click OK. You should now be able to log in using your SAP credentials.

Note - To find the location of your SAPLogon ini, open your SAP Logon screen. Click the button at the top left and click Options. The path is displayed.
