Manage Workspaces

Workspaces Administrator privileges provides access to authorized users for the modules they are entitled to through the subscription.

Switch to a different workspace

If you are a user who has been given access to multiple workspaces, they will be visible in the Available Workspaces list. You can switch from the current workspace to a different workspace.
  1. Click the box in the upper right hand corner of the Welcome page to open the workspace dialog.
  2. Click a different workspace from the Available Workspaces list.
  3. The display changed to the selected workspace.
  4. Close the Workspace dialog to see the current selected workspace .

Set default workspace

You can set the default workspace as the current workspace.
  1. Click the box in the upper right hand corner of the Welcome page to open the workspace dialog.
  2. Select a workspace from the Available Workspaces list and click Make Default.
    You should set the default to the workspace you will use most often.
    Note: If this option is disabled, the current workspace is the default workspace or you only have access to one workspace.
  3. The default workspace has now been tagged Default in your Available Workspaces list.
    When your workspace is set to Default and every time you sign out and sign back in, you will start with that workspace.
  4. Optional. Click Undo to set the default workspace back to the previous workspace.

Rename workspace

You can rename an exisiting workspace.
  1. Click the box in the upper right hand corner of the Welcome page to open the workspace dialog.
  2. Select a workspace from the Available Workspaces list and click Rename.
    Note: The Make Default is disabled.
  3. Enter a new name for the workspace.
    Note: If you rename the workspace, it is renamed for everyone who has access to that workspace.
  4. Click
    • Save to apply the rename action for the current workspace or
    • Cancel to discard changes.
