Download Digital Assets

The Download Digital Assets functionality allows a user to create and download a compressed file of the selected Digital Assets.

To download Digital Assets stored in EnterWorks:

Open DamMaster in a Repository View, (see Open DamMaster in a Repository View).

Select one or more Digital Asset files and click the Download button on the Repository View’s Activity Bar.

Select one or more Digital Assets record(s) and click the Download button on the Repository View’s Activity Bar. Alternatively, open a record in the Detail Editor Tab or the Detail Editor Sidebar and click on the record’s image.

The Download dialog will appear.

Configure the download as desired:
- The Download Type dropdown list allows the user to select from options relating to the selected Digital Assets, such the file format or the size of images.
- The Compressed File Name field allows the user to enter the name of the file to be downloaded.
- Currently the only option for type of downloaded file is .zip.
Once the Download Type is selected, the images of the selected Digital Assets will appear.

Click the Download button at the bottom of the dialog, (you may have to scroll to find it).
A local Save As dialog will open and ask where to store the compressed files. Select the location and click the Save button.
