Image Report

“Orphans” is the term used to describe:

• Image files that do not have a record in DamMaster.
• Records in DamMaster that do not have a link to an image.

The Image Report generates a list of the orphans in DAM.

To start a job that produces the Image Report:

1. Open DamMaster in a Repository View, (see Open DamMaster in a Repository View).

2. Open the More dropdown menu and select Image Report.

3. A message across the bottom of the screen announces that the Image Report job is running in the background.
4. To check the status of the Image Report Job, open Job Monitor, (see Job Monitor).

5. Select the Image Report job then click the Job History button on the Job Monitor’s Activity Bar. A Job History window will open and display the completion status of the job, (see Job History).
