Administrator is unable to delete some users. (EW-126)
Invalid Category Attribute error message is spelled as "Invalid Catagory Attribute" (EW-135; EW-328; Mantis #7291)
Save preference is not working correctly. (EW-219)
Inconsistent behaviour occurs in the editor when the user selects a boolean attribute group, fills values in code set, or deletes rows. (EW-326; EW-718; Mantis #7239)
The Custom widget reinitializes after switching views. (EW-331; EW-368; Mantis #3440)
It is possible for a user to enter text into a multi-language attribute field which exceeds the character limit for that field, save the record, and cause a Data Truncation error. (EW-345; EW-744; EW-802; EW-1821)
"Repository" is spelled wrong in an error message. (EW-356)
Currently a user can edit or delete a saved set, even if it is not owned by the user. (EW-390; EW-731; EW-1823; Mantis #6490)
The Scheduled Exports function yields different results between the Classic and New UIs. (EW-487)
In the Detail Editor, if an Attribute Security Filter is applied, read-only fields are not indicated. (EW-488)
Exports based on Advanced Search results do not export correct records. (EW-562; EW-2880)
Trigger and EpimCustomHelper classes don't support updating multi-language attribute values. (EW-570; EW-1815)
In EnterWorks 10.2, if the Import widget uses a multi-repository import template, the respective repository records are created but the linkage is not set. (EW-579; EW-2630)
Repository list view search on a code set attribute adds "No Value" entry repeatedly. (EW-583)
When profile attributes are exported and the format XLSX is selected, the Attribute Group appears as a Java object reference and some of the values are shifted one column. (EW-586)
Migration of VTL referencing attributes does not preserve attribute names. (EW-600)
Users are frequently encountering the "Access token expired" error in the Classic UI. (EW-619)
Validation correction file for multiple files (one per attribute) generates an inconsistently named zip file. (EW-643; EW-1211)
Multi-edit only allows 100 records at once in the New UI. (EW-647; EW-2604)
Users should only be able to validate the records they own. (EW-651)
A user did not log out when they left work for the day. When they logged into their computer the next morning, they were still logged into Prod and able to navigate the UI. (EW-675; Mantis #5255)
A VTL simple rule works in Classic UI but not in New UI. (EW-701; EW-1652; EW-2681)
In the New UI, in a Repository View using grid view, editing a cell does not cause the record to be validated. (EW-727; EW-975; EW-1266)
When a search is performed on a repository and the All option is selected, an export should export the number of records found in the search. Instead, it is exporting all records in the repository. (EW-728)
Shortcuts of type 'Record Edit' do not work with a Saved Search. (EW-764; EW-766; EW-1783; Mantis #3371)
Attribute Properties no longer function on a repository with 10,000 attributes. (EW-779; EW-780; EW-1802; Mantis #3140)

Performing an Import into a repository that updates one attribute causes other attributes to have encodings decoded. (EW-824)
We use LDAP authentication for our user security. EnterWorks does not differentiate between an expired password and an invalid password. Therefore, there is no way to tell the user that he needs to update his password as opposed to having an invalid password. (EW-841; EW-1805)
Customer has a requirement to create a 1:1 relationship. In the linked relationship configuration screen, I selected the subtype as 1:M with Max Count link of 1. But the user is able to select more than one child relationship. What is the significance of Max Count link? (EW-854; EW-1795; Mantis #6664)
After the EnterWorks 10.2 patch and the new Services Framework were applied, jobs are getting queued. (EW-874; EW-1777)
When the user opens a repository in a Repository View in grid view, filters the data, then moves to another page of records, the results in the grid do not change. (EW-877)
The Classic and the New UIs are no longer setting defaults on read-only attributes when a new record is created. (EW-878; Mantis #6642)
We’ve created multiple new repositories which work fine in EnterWorks 10.2 Classic UI but won’t open in EnterWorks 10.2 New UI. The repository will show in the menu, but clicking on the repository will only show the blue spinner and will never return. (EW-888; EW-1820)
The Cloning action is not functioning. (EW-890; EW-1811)
The REST API call for logging in exposes user ID and password. (EW-891; EW-913; EW-1789)
If a user does not have write access to the primary key and the record is saved, the value is cleared and set to {}. (EW-897; Mantis #6825)
Widgets on dashboard may show incorrect data when top-right refresh button is clicked. (EW-1013; EW-1728)
The Detail Editor in the New UI allows the user to enter more characters in VARCHAR fields than the maximum allowed. (EW-1020; Mantis #5190)
Filtering attribute values using search does not work in EnterWorks 10.2. (EW-1040)
In the Filter widget, users are unable to see the description associated with a code set. (EW-1041)
If a user imports an invalid code set value in the New UI, the value is not stored. (EW-1053)
The System Health widget is showing the enable-dam-magick service that is no longer used in 10.2. If the service is removed from the server, a red critical error will present that indicates the service is down. (EW-1106)
When we enable a validation rule and set the validation level, regardless of what level we choose in the rule, the entire set of rules, A-E, will show a red exclamation mark, instead of only the assigned level and those below it. (EW-1123)
In the Classic UI, in code sets the inactive code set options show up if the attribute is repeatable. (EW-1149; EW-2446)
In a Repository View, when sorting a column of dates, the sort does not respect the year. (EW-1178; EW-1773)
Edit access is required to view items in a linked repository. (EW-1182)
Cell editing on a Many-To-Many relationship only works if the Edit button is enabled, not the Edit Link button. (EW-1264)
The Edit All feature in New UI does not work for non-admin users with an Attribute Security Filter. (EW-1380)
When downloading a DAM asset, the previously selected item also downloads. (EW-1446)
Impersonate does not honor security when switching users. (EW-1515; EW-2180)
Users are still able to see and select a preference view even with the option deactivated. (EW-1731; EW-2325)
If a user is logged in via SSO, there is no apparent way for that SSO connection to specify what language to use. Nor is there an option within the EnterWorks UI to change what language is to be used going forward. (EW-1779; Mantis #6682)
When the ITEM_ID state field is used as the sort in the REST search API call, the call returns an error indicating the ITEM_ID is an ambiguous column. (EW-1785)
When a user has read-only access to an attribute and they click the multi-language icon, nothing appears. It should show the translations as read-only if the user has security access for the language. (EW-1786; Mantis #7408)
In prior EnterWorks versions, if a basic (keyword) search is applied, the display of the filter shows record counts based on the results of that basic search. But in EnterWorks 10.2 the counts always reflect the actual record count for the filter value. When the filter values are selected, the repository list view shows the correct number of records (that meet both the basic search criteria and the selected filter value(s). (EW-1790)
Database transactions are being kept open, which prevents the transaction log from being truncated. (EW-1797; Mantis #7292)
The impersonation button takes a long time to appear when a large number of users are assigned. (EW-1799; Mantis #7366)
In the Job Monitor, by default the admin user filter is displayed after the browser is refreshed. (EW-1801; Mantis #7383)
Filter criteria is not maintained when a user moves off a tab and then returns to the tab. (EW-1803; Mantis #6278)
Filtered repository grid display does not update when the user changes pages (EW-1807)
With a Category type of Import Template containing more than 1,000 mapped attributes, any snapshot attributes that happen to be in a mapped column position > the 1,000th position are not getting updated in the snapshot table. Only snapshot attributes in the first 1,000 column positions are getting updated. (EW-1808; Mantis #6943)
In the Job Monitor, users should be able to see only their own jobs. (EW-1810; Mantis #4155)
Cannot cancel Send to Workflow when editing multiple records with one start point. (EW-1817; Mantis #4002)

When configuring an Import widget, an error appears that indicates the field delimiter can only be one "charactor"(misspelling should be fixed) even though the settings is one character. (EW-2058)
When a user attempts to manually validate selected records in a Repository View, all records in the repository are validated. (EW-2079; EW-2603)
Updating a record using the EpimCustomHelper.updateItemTriggerOption() from EnableServerWildflyWorker does not fire the trigger. (EW-2142)
In EnterWorks 10.2.1, admin users do not have access to the download export file. (EW-2175; EW-2393)
In the New UI, the Save button does not always activate when an attribute value is changed. (EW-2216; EW-2492)
For a repository with a multi-attribute key, the key values are ignored when importing records without a template. (EW-2370; EW-2665)
In the New UI, when using a pre-defined search in a Shortcut widget, only the first "and" or "or" statement is used. (EW-2472)
In the New UI, the Repository View is not showing the correct collapsed view for groups. (EW-2528)
In EnterWorks 10.2.1, Elasticsearch is not indexing data changes. (EW-2580; EW-2839)
Filter search does not properly and consistently handle repeating field attributes. (EW-2602)
When adding a hierarchy node from the tree view the default values for hierarchy properties are not applied. (EW-2607)
When creating a new record in the EnterWorks2020 UI, populating the taxonomy node does not make available the appropriate category attributes and their defined subset of code set values. (EW-2626; EW-2627)
ExtractEnablePatch.cmd should be updated to deploy files to JBOSS controller and workers (EW-1406)
In the New UI, If you perform an Advanced Search State Search and search for valid values for the "Last update by" field, an error message is generated. (EW-2790)
When creating an Export Templates in the New UI, on the attribute mapping page, when a related repository is selected and the Category filter is applied, the attributes are not appearing. (EW-2797)
