Property Tax District

The following table lists the output fields that contain Property Tax District (PTD) data. For more information on property tax districts, see ReverseGeoTAXInfoLookup. To include this data in the output, set GeoTAXOutputRecordType = P.

Note: ReverseGeoTAXInfoLookup returns multiple districts for IPDs, SPDs, PTDs, and PAYs.

PTD`n`.BoundaryBuffer.BufferRelation	2 per PTD	Indicates where in the district the location resides in relation to the edge of the district. Buffer width is specified by the option DefaultBufferWidth or by the input field BufferWidth . One of the following: P The location is inside the district at a distance from the edge that is greater than the specified buffer width. I The location is inside the district but is close to the edge. This indicates that the location is in the buffer area. B The location is outside the district but is close to the edge. This indicates that the address is in the buffer area. For more information, see Buffering.
PTD`n`.BoundaryBuffer.DistanceToBorder	10 per PTD	Indicates the distance in feet from the location to the border of the district.
PTD`n`.DistrictID	11 per PTD	PTD district ID.
PTD`n`.DistrictName	61 per PTD	PTD district name.
PTD`n`.DistrictType	2 per PTD	PTD district type. Only returned for Indiana. R Reporting district B Billing district
PTD`n`.JurisdictionID	11 per PTD	PTD jurisdiction ID.
PTD`n`.UpdateDate	7 per PTD	PTD update date.
