(EGMI-2531) Spectrum 12.1 does not geocode with datasets prior to Q2 2017 since they are no longer supported. See New data required for GGM after upgrading to Spectrum 12.1.
(EGMI-2373) When saving country override settings in Management Console that contain invalid values (less than zero or blank), Spectrum will not save the settings until the invalid settings are fixed.
