Database Descriptions

Property Attributes GeoEnrichment Data is available in an H2DB file compatible with Pitney Bowes Spectrum™Technology Platform, and a .txt file. The data contains the pbKey™ which can be used to link this data with Address Fabric and other PB data products.

Property Attributes GeoEnrichment Data is offered in the following four versions:

Database Name Description
  • Property Attributes - Basic
 Provides all the basics about the property, ownership, and land use.
  • Property Attributes - Standard
 Expands the basic data with more information such as market value, build construction, and roof type. Contains all the property details that enable insurers to determine insurance rates and financial services to determine loan valuations.
  • Property Attributes - Ultimate
 Offers all of the available data in the property attributes tax assessment based datasets.
  • Property Attributes - Historical Sales
 Provides sales history from the year 2000 to present on the properties in the United States.
