Property Attribute Data

Added two new columns to the dataset, such as:

• OwnerID (OWNID), which defines the ID of the property owner

• RecordLastUpdate (PROP_LASTUPDATE), is the date when the property record was last

  updated

The Historical Sales data is refreshed for the 2018.09 release

The refreshed Historical Sales data is compatible with the 2018.06 version of Address Fabric datasets version
