Rerunning Failed Jobs

When you validate addresses for existing records, or generate match keys for existing records, the batch job that performs these operations may fail for a variety of reasons. You can rerun the batch job after fixing the underlying cause of the failure by following these steps.

  1. Sign in to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  2. To go Settings > Pitney Bowes.
  3. Click Batch Jobs.
  4. Click the failed job that you want to resubmit.
  5. Click Save or Save & Close.
