describeNamedLayer
Description
Returns the description of a named layer, including tables, attributes, themes, and visibility constraints.
ACL Authorization Flow
To return the description of a named layer, the user (or any roles they belong to) will need Execute permission on the named layer in the following manner:
- “EXECUTE” for entity type “Location Intelligence.Named Resources”
