The definition of the bins and the styles associated with each bin. The RangeThemeBins can be unordered and the ranges of the bins themselves are not required to be contiguous. The final style applied to each feature is the combination of the BaseStyle and the style defined in the bin the feature maps to. Features that do not map to a bin are mapped to AllOthersStyle.
