Controlling accesses at Secured Entities level

  1. In the Management Console main menu, click System > Security.
    The Security page is displayed.
  2. Click the Access Control tab.
  3. Click the Add access control icon.
    The Add Access Control page is displayed.
  4. You can toggle between Role and User.
  5. Select the user or role name from the drop-down list.
  6. Click the Add entity override icon.
    Add Entity pop-up is displayed.
  7. Select the desired FCC secured entity types from the drop-down list. Some examples are: FCC.ListEntry, FCC.UDA.ListType.Sanctions, and FCC.UDA.UDAName.
    A list of the secured entities in the selected secured entity type is displayed.
  8. Select the desired secured entities and click .
    The chosen entities are displayed under the Selected Entities table.
  9. Click Add.
    The selected entities are integrated with the selected role and displayed in the form of a list on the Add Access Control page.
  10. To override permissions for the selected user or role, deselect or select the check-boxes corresponding to the desired attributes.
    Note: If permissions are not assigned to the parent entity type, you can assign the permissions here.
  11. Click Save.
    The selected user or role would not be able to access the revoked attributes.
