Point
Point is applicable for vector format.
- Select a Symbol
- Click
in Select a symbol. From the
resource picker that appears, select a font followed by a character. Click
Select. - Size
- Select or type the value for size.
- Color
- Click in Color. Pick a color from
the color picker or type a Hex value for the color you want to display.
Click Select.
- Background
- These options set the background of the selected symbol:
- None: Use this option to display no background for the selected symbol.
- Halo: Use this option to display a halo in the background of the selected symbol.
- Border: Use this option to display a black border around the selected symbol.
- Rotation
- Type a value for the rotation angle you want to display.This option is not available for Custom Symbols.
- Effects
- You can enhance the appearance of your symbol on the map. Not all Effects
options are available for every symbol font.
- Bold: Use this option to display the selected symbol in boldface.
- Drop Shadow: Use this option to display a black drop shadow below the selected symbol.
- Show Background: Use this option to display the background of the symbol. This option is available for Custom Symbols Only.
- Apply Color: Use this option to change the color of the custom symbol. This option is available for Custom Symbols Only.
- Display at Actual Size: Use this option to display the custom symbol at its actual size. This option is available for Custom Symbols Only.
