Adding Users and Roles
This section describes the steps needed to add a user or role using Spectrum Spatialâ„¢ Manager Permission Management.
- Click Add Users and Roles. A user picker pop up opens.
- Type a search term in the filter box to narrow down the search.
- Select Roles or Users tabs as
required:
- Click Roles and then select the check box against the role to be added. You can select more than one roles.
- Click Users and then select the check box against the user to be added. You can select more than one users.
- Click Add Selected to add the checked user(s) or role(s). The user picker closes.
- Set the Read permission to the newly added users and roles. The Apply Changes button gets enabled.
- Click Apply Changes to consolidate the changes.
