getNamedMapWithOverlayLegend
Description
Returns a map generated from a named map legend, with an overlay. An overlay can be a layer, theme, feature, or annotation.
ACL Authorization Flow
To return a map generated from a named map legend, the user (or the role they belong to) needs EXECUTE permission on the Named table.
