zoomNamedMapByWindow
Description
Returns a map image for a named map, that is at a particular zoom level based on a defined window bounds (XY pair of screen image coordinates).
ACL Authorization Flow
To return a map image for a named map, the user (or the role they belong to) needs EXECUTE permission on the Named table.
