Viewing Record Details

Regardless whether you use Tabular view or Form view, the Exception grid shows all the fields for a record as well as record status, exception type, and any comments that have been added to the record. In the Tabular view, you can view additional details about a record by clicking the arrow in the left column of a record. In the Form View, click Show detail beneath the form fields. In either view, expanding details for a record shows the following tabs.

Details tab	This tab shows details about a record.
Condition tab	The tab shows information about the condition that identified the record as an exception.
History tab	This tab shows historical information for a record.
Approval flow tab	This tab shows the current status of a record and the levels that have been completed in an approval flow.
