International PO Box Geocoding Result Codes (B Codes)

PO Box geocoded candidates return a result code B2.

PO Box geocoding can be the priority match over streets when a preference PREFER_POBOX_OVER_STREET is set in Management Console. The default gives preference to the street as this is the behavior of all our international geocoders.
