The PreciselyID unique identifier

For each physically addressable location within the Master Location Dataset (MLD), the PreciselyID is a unique and persistent identifier to reference the address without storing the whole address string. The PreciselyID is further verification an address exists, regardless of DPV matching. It is returned when a match is made to MLD. The PreciselyID is a 12-character (+1 null) field that has ‘P’ as the leading character.
