Known Issues

The following issues were identified in the current release:

• PAD-540: There are few records in the data for which the prop_replacecalc column shows null value for the financial institution category.
• PAD-649: There are around 200 records in which Business name field has some inappropriate values in digits.
• PAD-680: Replacement cost value is null for few Hospital Category records in the data.
• Some First and Last Name records have alpha-numeric values, for example 138548591|4-T, 138556091|376A, 138573438|4, etc.
• Identified some extreme values in the data for particular columns such as, "2145330000" for the PROP_LANDSQFT and in few other fields. The extreme values can be high or low respective to the fields.
• There are some special characters like " &, %, etc." in few records for City and Street columns.
• There are Duplicate LinkID values in the data.
