Prerequisites of Creating a Glossary Entity

To enable entity creation, the administrator needs to perform these tasks:

1. Create roles, such as Data Steward, Owner1, Owner 2, Business User. See Creating a Role in Spectrum Management Console in the Administration Guide for information about creating roles.
2. Create users and map those to the roles. See Adding a User through Spectrum Management Console in the Administration Guide for information about creating users and mapping roles to users.
3. Define an approval work-flow for entities. See Create an approval flow for an entity in the Administration Guide for information about creating an approval flow.
