Saving and publishing the rule

After configuring the options for the Best of Breed rule, you can save or publish the rule according to your requirements.

To save the rule, click the Save button.
The rule is saved as a draft and is displayed on the Source Details page and the Home page, which indicates that the rule is in a preliminary state and does not exist in the repository.
To publish the rule in the repository, click the Publish button. Make sure that you enter a unique name while publishing a rule.
The rule is published to the repository and is displayed on the Source Details page and the Home page.
Note: In case you make changes to a published rule, you cannot save it as a draft copy. You will have to be re-publish the rule to save the changes.
