Unix operating system support has ended

Spectrum Technology Platform 2020.1 no longer supports Unix operating systems AIX, HPUX and Solaris. The Spectrum Technology Platform 2020.1 release only runs on supported versions of the Windows and Linux operating systems. If you are currently running Spectrum Technology Platform on a Unix platform, please contact Precisely Support for additional information.

Linux operating system support changes

Spectrum Technology Platform 2020.1 adds support for the following operating systems:

CentOS 8
Oracle Linux 8
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
SUSE Enterprise Linux 15 SP1
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Spectrum Technology Platform 2020.1 ends support for the following operating systems:

CentOS 6
Oracle Linux 6
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
SUSE Enterprise Linux 11

Web browser changes

Microsoft Edge web browser is supported in this release.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported in this release (except to run Relationship Analysis Client).

Note: Spectrum Discovery and the Spectrum Technology Platform Command Line Interface support functionality found in Relationship Analysis Client for creating and editing Context Graph models.

Client SDK changes

Spectrum Technology Platform 2020.1 no longer supports the .NET version of Client SDK.
