We have updated some of the underlying display framework for Enterprise Designer. As a result, you must install and use the latest version of Enterprise Designer, 2020.1, as provided with your installation package.
Perform the steps in this procedure upgrade Enterprise Designer.

Uninstall the existing client tools by going to

Make sure that you have .NET 4.6 installed on the client machine. Note that Windows 10 comes with this version of .NET installed by default.

Download the client tools installer from the Spectrum Technology Platform welcome page,
http://SpectrumServer:port.
The default port is 8080.

Run the installer.
