This tab has the fields related to Commercial Vehicle Restrictions (CVR). The CVRs are composed of directives to the routing engine that guides the behavior and attributes of commercial vehicles making trips along the route. Depending upon vehicle attributes provided (such as height, width, length, and weight) and the commercial vehicle restriction attributes present in the road network, the decision is made whether to allow for routing a particular vehicle over a segment or not. If there is no commercial vehicle restriction attribute present in the road network, input restriction parameters will not affect the resultant route.
Following are the set of preferences for commercial vehicle restrictions:

Specifies whether to use a CVR priority when determining the route. Select this option if you are defining a CVR. |
| Loosening barrier restrictions |
Specifies whether to remove barriers while determining the route. These restrictions are due to traversal prohibition of vehicles in compliance with the local ordinance or the traversing permission is available in exceptional cases like last mile access or local delivery. In such routes even when restrictions do not exist, they remain costlier as compared to routes without any barriers even if the later is faster and shorter. Select this option if you are loosening restrictions. |
| Type of vehicle | Specifies the type of vehicle for applying the restrictions while determining the route. The vehicle prohibitions are based on one or more properties of vehicle like height, weight, length, or width. The commercial vehicles can be of different types like short trailers and long triples. Since the CVR attribution is applicable on vehicle types, this is possible that the same segment is preferred for a kind of vehicle while restricted for the other kind of vehicle. Choose either all or one of these types of vehicles:

| Length | Specifies the maximum length of a vehicle. Any vehicles over this value will be restricted when determining the route. |

Specifies the unit for maximum length, height, and width of the vehicle:

| Height | Specifies the maximum height of a vehicle. Any vehicles over this value will be restricted when determining the route. |
| Weight | Specifies the maximum weight of a vehicle. Any vehicles over this value will be restricted when determining the route. |
