Region

Region is applicable for vector format.

Fill Pattern
Click in Fill Pattern. Pick a pattern from the resource picker and click Select. If you do not want to use a pattern, choose the letter N, for none and the foreground and background color options will be disabled. If you choose the solid black pattern, the background color is disabled.
Foreground Color
Note: Foreground Color is disabled if the Fill Pattern is set as N.
Click in Foreground Color. Pick a color from the resource picker and click Select. Choose a color for the foreground of the object(s). The Preview box displays the pattern using the foreground color you chose. The foreground color is applied to the part of the pattern that displays as black. To make the object appear in a solid color, choose the solid black pattern in the Fill Pattern and a color from the Foreground Color . The color you chose is displayed in the Preview as a solid-colored region.
Enable Background
Note: Enable Background is disabled if you selected solid fill region pattern or N in the Fill Pattern.
Select Enable background to set a background color. If Enable Background is not selected:
  • The Background Color remains disabled.
  • The background will be transparent.
If you selected earlier, the Enable Background remains disabled.
Background Color
Note: Background Color is disabled if the Enable Background is not selected.
Click in Background Color. Pick a color from the color picker or type a Hex value for the color you want to display. Click Select.
The background color is applied to the part of the pattern that displays as white. The background color is grayed if you chose the solid pattern.
Border Style
Click in Border Style. Pick a line from the resource picker and click Select. If the border style pattern is selected as N, then no border line is displayed.
Border Color
Note: Border Color is disabled if the border style is set as N.
Click in Border Color. Pick a color from the color picker or type a Hex value for the color you want to display. Click Select.
Border Width
You can set the border width in two ways:
  1. Pixel: Select a width of the line in pixels from the numeric up down.
  2. Point: Type or select a value.
