The city whose postal codes you want to look up. You may put the city and state in the City field. If you do this, you must leave the StateProvince field blank. The total length of the City and StateProvince fields cannot exceed 100 characters. |

The state or province of the city whose postal codes you want to look up. You may also put the state in the City field instead of the StateProvince field. The total length of the City and StateProvince fields cannot exceed 100 characters. |

The country code or name of the city whose postal codes you want to look up. The only valid value is US. |
