Back up Context Graph models

Use the Administration Utility hub backup all CLI command or Relationship Analysis Client to back up all models. You can use the default path (SpectrumDirectory\server\modules\hub\db\backupsSpectrumDirectory/server/modules/hub/db/backups) for the backup location. In addition to backing up your models, back up these two property files in case you need to refer to any property settings.
