A Feature contains a list of values which follow the order of attribute definitions defined in feature collection metadata. The NULL value element must not be missed, but clearly specified null, i.e. using <AttributeValue nil="true" > represents a NULL value.

The value of the attribute for the feature. An attribute value is equivalent to the value of a column in a table for a particular row(feature). The name and type of the attribute is defined in the feature collection metadata using the attibute definition. Important: The order of the attribute values for each feature is the same as the order of the attribute definitions returned in the feature collection metadata.
