Sorting Tab Rows

You can sort rows in a tab view by column name and list them in ascending or descending order. By default, all rows are listed in ascending order of the first column.

► To sort rows by a specific column

Click the down arrow next to the column name you want to sort.

Do one of the following:

Select Sort Ascending to sort in ascending order.

■

Select Sort Descending to sort in descending order.

After columns are sorted, you will see a triangle sort indicator next to the column name that shows which direction columns are sorted.

To clear all sorting, click Column View Options and select Clear all sorting.
