HK (Hong Kong) Base Data Fields

If you are using the new HK Global Address Verification (GAV) tables delivered in June 2013, to use the HK Postal Directory Browser, you must contact Trillium Customer Support and request an updated HKdump.ddt file. Then copy the file to the following two locations on the TSS server system:

■  \hk_proj\settings\pdb_settings

■  the \settings folder of any existing project

This table lists the base data fields for Hong Kong.

Code that identifies the side or sides of a street for which a given address range is applicable. For street, highrise, firm and multi-carrier records:

 

B=Both sides of the street

O=Odd side (odd numbered addresses in the range)

E=Even side (even-numbered addresses in the range)

LO_NUMBER_TYPE

Type of structure for the low numbers in the range: Tower, Block, Floor, etc.

LO_NUMB

Low number addresses in range

HI_NUMBER_TYPE

Type of structure for the high numbers in the range

HI_NUMB

High number addresses in range

AREA

State Name

DELIVERY_OFFICE

Local Post Office Code
