Displaying Hidden Columns
If you have hidden one or more columns in a List View and later decide you want to see them again, you can bring them back into view.
The Choose Listview Columns window contains a list of the columns you've hidden. You can select the columns you want to redisplay, and they will redisplay in the List View.
► To display hidden columns

Right-click a column label and select Choose Columns…. The Choose Listview Columns window opens. |

In Hidden fields, select the name of the column you want to redisplay. |

4.

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for each hidden column you want to make visible in the List View. |
► To re-display most or all of the hidden columns

1.

Right-click a column label and select Choose Columns…. The Choose Listview Columns window opens. |

Click Show All. All hidden columns are moved to the Displayed field box and will be restored to the List View. |

If there are columns you want to remain hidden, in Displayed fields, select the column name and click Hide. |

4.
|
Repeat Step 3 for each column you want to remain hidden. |
