Jobs That Will Run on Unix, Linux, z/OS, or IBM i

If you are defining a job that will be executed on a platform other than Windows, select one of the following options to define the location of the NCOA^Link data files

• If you are defining a job to execute on Unix or Linux, select one of the following options.
  • Define the path to the NCOA^Link data files using the GUI for your target platform.
  • Export the job from VeriMove (by selecting File > Export) and open the job definition file (the .def file) in a text editor and modify the tag <NCOADataPath> to specify the path to the NCOA^Link data files.
• If you are defining a job that will be executed on z/OS, modify the DD statements in the MU JCL under the comment heading "USPS DATA FILES".
• If you are defining a job that will be executed on IBM i, use the IBM i screen NLCPG110 to specify the location of NCOA^Link data. For more information, see the VeriMove User’s Guide for IBM i.
  Note: If you leave the Directory Path field for NCOA^Link data blank in the Windows GUI, the Errors tab will display an error indicating that you must specify a path to NCOA^Link data. You can ignore this error. If you want to avoid receiving the job validation error, you can specify a fake path in the Directory Path field.
