Process Control Element Properties

The Process Control element allows you to interface with workflows. It includes everything required to route a form with a workflow.

It is context sensitive, and displays information based on the current state of the workflow.

Note: The form must be submitted to the workflow (saved and routed) in order for workflow history to be available via the Process Control element.

The Process Control element includes the following controls. They provide control over specific aspects of the workflow.

Note:

If you use the Solution Fields participant resolver, you will be unable to edit or select users from the form even when the swim lane Display property is set to Allow Edit. It will be Read Only.

If you use both the Solution Fields participant resolver and Process Control on the form, the swim lane Display Property settings will be as follows:

Allow Edit - The user list is displayed in the Process Control in read-only format. Read Only - The user list is displayed in the Process Control in read-only format. False - The user list is not displayed in the Process Control.
