Random From Role

The Random from Role participant resolver reviews the target SharePoint group listed in the Group property of the swimlane for a list of assignees.

From the list of assignees, the assignee with the least amount of workflow tasks is selected for the new task assignment.

When selecting a user, only tasks from the same process are weighted. For instance, User Joe may have 10 Create Material tasks but User Jane may have 5 Create Material task and 30 Create Vendor tasks. If the Random from Role is used on a Create Material process swimlane, it only counts the Create Material tasks. Thus Jane would get the next task.

Argument	Description
display	A Yes/No value that indicates whether to display the selected workflow participant as a drop down on the form view. This requires a Process Control element on that view or a Workflow Participant element using the system control option.
