True: When this key is set to true, the Winshuttle Update plugin priority order for versions prior to v11.4.0 will be maintained:
1. System Account specified in Deployment profile
2. Web service mapping - system account
3. Workflow Admin
False: When this key is set to false, following order is maintained for Winshuttle Update plugin execution:
1. System Account specified in Deployment profile
2. Runner Node
3. Swimlane
4. Web service mapping - system account
5. Workflow Admin

Description

This key changes how the Winshuttle Update plugin finds an account to run a web service. By default in 11.2.x environments, this key should be true; in 11.4.0 environments, this key should be false.

For v11.4.0, the default value is false.
