Profile

Make user profile changes, such as password management and other profile updates.

To change your contact information

  1. Click Profile in the top navigation bar. The Profile Update page displays.

  2. Make appropriate changes in the fields provided (all fields except Fax Number are required).
  3. Click Submit. A profile update confirmation page is displayed.

  4. To print the confirmation page, click Print this page for your records.

Password update

  1. Click Profile in the top navigation bar. The Profile Update page displays.

  2. Click the Change Password link.

    The Password Update page displays.

  3. Type your current password in the Current Password field.
  4. Type a new password in the Password field.
  5. Re-type the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click Submit. The Password Update Confirmation page displays, confirming that your password was changed.
Note: Password requirements are set by your organization's security policies. Please reach out to your System or User Administrator for those requirements. In general, passwords should contain a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, special characters and cannot be blank or any variation of the word "password".
