Workflow functions for the handling of inbound messages

This feature ensures customer queries are visible in call centers etc. and that each query receives a timely response.

The EngageOne™ Deliver application currently provides you with both built-in workflow as well as integration with third-party workflow options for the efficient management of:

  • Message responses using local email client or business system of choice.
  • Managing Delivery Status Notifications (bounced messages).
  • Content conversion failures and verification.
  • Indexing of messages for archiving.
When you start implementing the EngageOne™ Deliver application, you will need to set up workflow related settings in the Vendor Environment page. You will need to set the following:
  • Type of workflow - integrated and/or external
  • How long you want to keep workflow records after they have been closed.
Click Home > Vendor/System Settings > Vendor Environment to update these settings later.
