Awaiting delivery items

Click a particular item on the list to retrieve further information through the Awaiting Delivery Details page.

Review the delivery item that you have selected. Delivery failure information is also presented. Note that a delivery item is made up of one or more delivery channels as configured by the EngageOne™ administrator.

From this page you can:
  • Delete a delivery item in its entirety.
  • Delete a particular delivery channel.
  • Manually initiate printing to a predefined print channel.
  • Place a hold on a particular delivery channel.
Note: You can use video links to browse to videos when viewing a communication that is awaiting delivery. An indication that there has been a failure to generate the personalized URL would be:
  • If your video link contains a blank.
  • If any video link object defined in the edit communication phase is no longer present.

Such issues are most likely to be caused by an invalid or missing video configuration for the template. You should contact your template manager to rectify the video configuration.

Where the video project has been incorrectly configured, you are likely to receive a Video unavailable message when browsing to a video. This type of issue indicates an EngageOne™ Video configuration issue; you should contact your the department responsible for maintaining the EngageOne™ Video Director application in your organization.
