Lists all documents that have been submitted for delivery but have not been delivered.

Delivery options

Email

When a document is selected for delivery through the email channel, both the Mail To and Mail From email addresses may already be specified as well as the body of the email itself. Alternatively, you might be prompted for this information. The document format generated depends on the composition device set for the delivery channel. This is configured by the EngageOne™ administrator.

Print

If a document is routed for print, it is sent to the specified printer, or if intended for batch printing, to a location where all documents can be accumulated and handled by the usual production process.

Fax

The target fax number may already be specified, or you may be prompted for it.
