Video data field configuration list view


Template Video Data Field	The name of the data field associated with one or more objects in the template.
Video	The name of the EngageOne™ Video project that is associated with the data field. If an EngageOne Video project has not been associated, the column will simply show a Select link. If an EngageOne Video project has been selected, the name of the project will be shown followed by a Remove link.
Status	The status of the data field is either Active or Inactive. If a video project has been selected and all the video’s mandatory inputs have been mapped and are all valid, the status will be Active. This status indicates that EngageOne™ will attempt to retrieve a PURL for the field when a communication is created from the template. Otherwise, the status will be Inactive, indicating that EngageOne will not attempt to retrieve a PURL for the field and the field will be set to empty when the communication is created.
Date Modified	Indicates when the configuration of the data field was last modified. Hovering over the column will show the actual date and time. The date when the template was imported in EngageOne™ Admin is shown if no changes to the video association have been saved.
