To discover the version of Hub that is installed, run this command in a terminal on the machine that Hub is installed on:
Setting the logging level, of log files of type “Trace”, to “Verbose” will cause extra information, aimed at debugging issues, to be written to the file. The change in level will take place once Hub is restarted.
If you still are experiencing problems, check the stderr.txt, ui_stderr.txt and portal_stderr.txt log files.
